I had a frustrating experience with the room quality. The carpets were worn out and there were stains that made it seem neglected. the breakfast options were really disappointing, lacking variety and flavor. I also encountered issues with the WiFi, constantly disconnecting when changing floors.

this hotel is super cozy and has an amazin location! loved bein so close to all the best restaurants and historical sites. breakfast was decent too, with lots of yummy french options. the staff were really nice and helped me out whenever i needed. my room was clean and had a great view of place royale.
only downside was the carpet in my room was kinda worn and could use a refresh. also, it would be nice to have bigger towels in the bathroom.
